Rona Davis - Host; Founder and Chief Creative Officer - Purposed Freedom Ministries, a Ministry Staff Dept. of A.C.T., Intl. Rona Davis spent years running from herself and more importantly, running from God. In those years, decisions were made bringing devastating consequences with chaos, destruction, and ruin. Then she heard the Lord tell her it was time to stop running and that nothing she had done was unforgivable. Freedom, Purpose, and Restoration began to take shape in her life. She now lives the Abundant Life Jesus came to offer her and made Him the King of her life! Her passion and mission is to inspire others to take that step of faith, to make Jesus the King and to live a life in Freedom and Purpose with the opportunity for God to restore all the wasted years brought on from past sin. Rona invested a lot of time and energy working toward a professional career in acting. Using the stage name of Riley Kirk she played guest roles in television shows such as Strong Against Crime and Walker, Texas Ranger and movies such as Dr. T and The Women as well as many television commercials. While she still loved the art of acting and performing (and still does), she felt God call her away from that life so He could show her who SHE was as a creation in Christ. Now she is grateful to be a tool of the body of Christ to encourage others to let God show them His plans for their life. In the spring of 2004, Rona attended a Walk To Emmaus. It was at this time she heard God call her into prison ministry. Rona is a member of Fellowship Church of Grapevine where she serves as the Women’s Leader in the Fellowship Church Prison Ministry. She spends time with an awesome bunch of ladies at Dawson State Prison each week leading them to know the Lord more dearly and encouraging them to let God show them His unique design for them and the life He has waiting for them outside those prison walls!
